Appearance
When you create a request, you may choose how the finished files should work.
Same file
Everyone completes one shared document together.
Examples: a contract with two parties, a form where Manager and Employee both sign the same pages.
- There is one finished PDF when everyone is done.
- Fields are usually assigned to named people.
- After send, you can often add CC with Correct. Adding a new signer sometimes means Void and a new request.
Individual copies
Each person gets the same layout on their own PDF.
Examples: a permission slip per parent, an acknowledgment per employee.
- Each signer works on their own copy.
- Download one person’s file, or a zip of finished copies, when people are done.
- You can usually add another unsigned signer with Correct while the request is still open.
If you only see one path, Signiafy already chose the mode that fits your setup.
Picked the wrong mode before anyone signed? Void the request and send again with the mode you want. A template makes that rebuild quick.
