Contacts keep names and emails ready for Send. Groups turn a saved list into recipients in one step.

Contacts

• Saved contacts live in your address book under Contacts.
• Recent people appear from past sends and help with autocomplete.

On Create, start typing a name or email to pick a match.

Groups

A contact group is a named, ordered list of saved contacts.

Build the group once. On Create, add it as signers or CC (per the options shown). Reorder or edit the group anytime for the next send.

Still glance at the expanded list before you send. Total signers + CC must stay within your people cap.

Wrong email on an open request? Update the contact, then Correct if that person has not signed yet.
