Two limits matter when you send.

Request quota

You can create a set number of requests in a rolling period (commonly 30 days), based on your account.

• Each Send uses one.
• Saving a template is free.
• People you send to do not use quota. Creating the request does.
• Void does not give a used request back.

People cap

One request can only hold so many signers + CC combined.

• Default is 25.
• Some accounts have a higher cap. Ask us if you need more.

Contact groups that expand past the cap need trimming before send. Correct follows the same limit when you add people.

Deadline

Create sets a deadline (default 30 days from send). Reminders and expiry follow that date. Change it later with Correct while the request is still open.
